I'm showing pictures from our visit with the Garcias over the weekend. We had a delightful three and a half days in Nashville, visiting Joaquin and Barbara. We ate, talked church (how can we not with a former assistant to the bishop, the current coordinator of Hispanic ministriesfor the Tennessee conference, and a Missouri ds present), did a little shopping, visited some more, toured East Nashville, ate Barbara's great food, visited, etc. Most of these pics speak for themselves. That is Dr. David Wright speaking with Joaquin , a long time teacher-colleague-friend of theirs who came foe the Fourth of July meal. And that is Belmont church where Cana, Barbara and Joaquin are---where we went to worship Sunday! I love Belmont's worship!!!
